Former President Bill Clinton discusses in his speech Robin Wright's book non-zero sum games and how this relates to the interdependent world we all live in. He states "we are better off at trying and failing so that people see us as standing up for human dignity and non-zero sum solutions and interdependence that is positive than walking away and turning a blind eye....Our obligation is to establish an era of positive interdependence....over impulses that are deeply embedded in human behavior..."
